She’s actually super annoying. I hate when she talks about tactics and positioning like she is some seasoned fighter, like quiet you fought one time. If you looked like Roxanne you wouldn’t be near the desk. Mad annoying but obligatory wood!

The Sanko Army is quick to point “she was a pro fighter!!! she knows her stuff!!!” But in reality her pro record was 1-0 and the girl’s record is 2-11. Not some real high bar there.

It takes the average new commentator broadcaster sports talker etc years to find their footing. I don't find her to be any more or less whatever than any of the rest of them. Outside of prime Rogie and Goldie booth I don't think the ufc has ever had particularly strong commentary. Which leads me to believe it's either harder than it looks to call fights, or the UFC just doesn't prioritize finding a great commentary team.

I dont mind females fighting but on commentary meh. Not appealing to me!

I think there COULD be a good female commentators but I havent really been convinced by what ive seen in the past.

I have zero interest in female UFC commentators, it's a kind of activism showing women can break down men's barriers, same like in Australia now we got women cricket commentators and Rugby league commentators yapping on.

One time when he was doing commentary for my namesake organization, my cousin Robin said something about how feinting was pointless because you might as well throw a real strike.

Veronica Hardy was good enough to immediately and directly call him on his bullshit. It was hilarious.

What's especially ironic is that all the way back in UFC 1 we had probably one of the most credentialed female commentators there could have ever been. Yet we're still talking about Sanko like she's breaking some sort of barriers.
