This is by far the most delusional thing any Khabib stan has ever said.

Conor isn’t gonna let you suck his dick any harder, you can suck a golf ball through a garden hose. Or maybe he will? Dreams do come true man, this one in particular.
 
I work out at a rate that keeps my weight the same regularly. Therefore, while changing nothing about my diet, if I double my normal routine I will lose weight. Not complicated at all. You just can't think critically.

I've been cutting and making weight since I was a teen. Never counted calories. Always made weight. Train with a gym full of people who so the same.

If you re-read yourself very carefully you will in fact realize you are calorie counting. Poorly.

Once again, I am not surprised that you struggle to make weight.
 
Eeeh depends on the event. More often than not I have same day weigh ins. So for those, I don't cut too much. But for others I'll drop a lot. I hate cutting tho so I'll usually just be the small guy and cut a little less

I had same day weigh ins for wrestling and would usually cut 7-10 lbs over a day and a half to make 145 because that's where all the best wrestlers were.

You were smart though staying closer to your weight for the most part.
These guys (we'll use Poirier for example)
said he was walkin around at 190 when he was fighting at 145...that shit is nuts to me lol.

It's not. I don't track calories. I don't know how much I'm intaking. I don't meal prep. I don't eat the same meals on a routine. I eat what I want or whatever my wife cooks. I dont place any controlling factors on my diet. I just know my body.

Trust me I know. When I don't do same day weigh ins I'll face guys who are normally a weight class or two ahead of me. Shit is ass

Calorie counting requires you to cognizantly keep track of and contril your intake. That's not what I do. What you're saying is like saying anyone who throws a kick is a kickboxer. You're wrong.

And again, it does not change the fact that you've been wrong about every part of this argument. You said most weight cutting is water. Objectively wrong. You said exercise has nothing to do with losing weight. Objectively wrong.

The fact you're too stupid to do the math in your head or just use an app to make things easier and controllable doesn't mean your body isn't poorly calorie counting when you maintain your same intake lifestyle but double your activity.

Enjoy your struggles making weight. As long as you avoid the tiramisu you probably won't end up like Khabib as everybody knows tiramisu is just a super toxin that causes weight cut failures through something other than its high calories.

Never struggled. Make weight easily. Never had a need to count calories because I hit my weight consistently. Keep reaching tho kid.

It's embarassing once you remember, seeing as this went to a decision, that Khabib could've also just won with 2 TDs to secure 2 rounds if he'd been able to keep him down.

As somebody else already said, if you scored the most TDs in UFC history that just means your opponent also got back to their feet the most in UFC history.

Fighters are ill/injured all the time, there's no excuse for missing weight.

Khabib had the Tony fight scrapped because he couldn't make weight, and the scale fiasco against Gaethje is BS too.

The only legitimate claim you have is the Tony fight, which is well documented.

He didn't refuse to cut weight lol. He didn't walk out of camp at 158. He tried to cut but couldn't. Cutting with a broken rib is hard as fuck. I literally just had to do it and I don't cut nearly as much as mma fighter do.

Mma fans play favorites with missing weight. Charles gets all the passes in the world but Khabib gets demonized. I don't like the double standard. Cutting weight is hard. Shit happens. It's not as big a deal as people make it

Put your fork down more, track your calories, and your scale will go down a lot easier pal. It's 2024 and you're still trying to outwork a diet you don't even keep track of.
