I'm thinking of guys that were universally loved in MMA.

Wanderlei -- most loved guy in the sport. Dodges tests and accuses UFC of fight fixing, tests positive.
Anderson -- tests positive
Fedor & Randy -- Heros in their time. Both get trashed by Dana.

Etc.

I thought this was about Czarface

The only guy who isn't a puff according to Dana is his friend Chuck

GSP..... Conor violated the rule for a minute too.....

Chuck was never a villian.....Just retired a punching bag.

Oh and Lee Murray went from pretend villian to REAL villian.

rich franklin remained to be an ambassador of the sport

Dana trashing fighters does not make them a villain.

Just the one's who get caught cheating....Randy had a decent retirement, Chuck too, Bas....But ultimately they all have haters.

GSP could be argued to be a villain by some approximations.

I was under the impression that if Dana trashes you then you're probably doing pretty good.

List of fighters who retired in good graces and stayed that way goes on and on and on

Your list of heroes turned villains is very short, and not even accurate.
