Tito and Rampage are also friends so at this point in both there careers I'm not sure there that interested in fighting each other.

As post above said also, Rampage seems more or less like give me the easiest fight possible so I can get the hell out.

I didn't get the impression they were friends. I think I recall Tito calling Rampage out after Rampage fought King Mo.
