my brother is training for a fight and he woke up and noticed this line in his bicep..it doesnt look torn its literally just a line through the muscle, he doesnt know when he hurt it tho. he said its more tight then sore, i was hoping someone would know.. thanks! sry the pics not that good.

I had the same thing about 2 years ago. It freaked me out, but it dissapeared.

I think it is only the muscle that is stressed from all the training. But i am no doctor
