Does anyone else hate Chinese food?

I used to love it when I was younger, but now I despise it. I feel like crap every time I eat it. It's like the lowest quality meat possible, and loaded with preservatives. How is this stuff so popular?

So buy quality ingredients and cook it yourself. Some of the dishes are a piece of piss to make.

I like chinese food, most of it. And the language, I am studying mandarin presently. I am enamoured with the entire culture actually, the history. I am going to go there and visit some of the tourist sites, like the first Qin emperor's tomb.

You have no soul if you hate Chinese food.

This.

Screw debt. The Chinese will overtake America with their subtle black ops plan: chicken.

I like how it tastes hate the way I feel afterwards

Uh no you fucking scumbag. You must have had a bad childhood experience with Chinese food.

I like it, but my fiance is obsessed with it.. I get really sick of Thai and Chinese for like 6 months at a time, then I crave it

I love Chinese food. Whether it's Americanized or in mainland style, I love it.

There are few restaurants around here which offer sort of authentic Chinese food. I definitely prefer to have that as opposed to food court Chinese food.

Interestingly, I heard that Cantonese (Hong Kong) food in Canton(?) is considered junk food/fast food anyway. I still like it nonetheless.

As for Asian foods, I like Indian food the best. Although, I never had any authentic Indian food, lol.

I love Chinese food but only from clean quality places

I love it. At least the stuff that passes for Chinese food over here.

Not really a fan tbh, Indian food, Italian food and mexican food is infinitely better.

Chinese takeout is probably the filthiest food on the planet. Thankfully there's a site for NYC restaurant inspections. Here's the findings from one local joint:

EAST CORNER WONTON
70 EAST BROADWAY MANHATTAN 10002
212-343-9896

Sanitary Violations
1) Hot food item not held at or above 140

Italian and Mexican are good, but there's like very little variation to them. All the Italian dishes I've ever had were some type of noodle(carbs) mixed with tomato sauce or cheese with some type of meat on top. Mexican is grilled meat with vegetables and beans in some type of wrap: open=taco, rolled up=burrito, on a plate=fajita.

I love both authentic Chinese food and Americanized carry-out style Chinese food.

You need to get yourself out for proper Italian food. Pasta is only a part of Italian cuisine.
