17 fight win streak

15 finishes (12 KO, 3 Sub)

13/15 finishes within 2 rounds

11 title wins (12 if you count Lutter missing weight)

10 title defenses (11 if you count Lutter)

9 title wins via finish (6 KO, 3 Sub)

7/9 title winning finishes within 2 rounds

3 LHW wins via 1st round KO (one over a former LHW champ)

Finished his fights with punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and submissions.

Anderson was a bad ass. When he was on top he was unbeatable. Sonnen was the only fighter who got close but even he lost the rematch convincingly. Hell Anderson even made fighters in LHW look pathetic.

your obsession with aldo and anderson is unhealthy and weird as fuck.

Yes, he does.
He saw the reaction after the Maia fight and responded with pure and violent brilliance in Griffin and other fights. Dude cared about his fans, could have easily extended the streak by turning into a boring decision machine.

Probably wouldn't have won a decision against The Chris The Whiteman.

Silva is a cheater of the highest degree. His dick pills jumped up and kicked Vitor in the face and gave Rich Franklin the need for plastic surgery.

Anderson will always be the GOAT. People can dispute it all they want, but just watch the fights.

Bonnar and Irvin were bottom feeders, come on now.
I'll give him Forrest, but in terms of striking abilities Forrest was way below Anderson's level, regardless if he was a champ at one point or not

Hell of a streak. I saw all of those fights and felt he was the GOAT. Not sure how I really feel now with the recent events but it's no denying that run was amazing.

He would have consecutively decision'd the Chris and Machida, but he was an entertainer and fighter at heart.

Thats a really nice streak even if there is asteriks next to them. Atleast half your threads are about anderson and how good he is. Those goat polls must hurt

Anderson's win streak is amazing along with GSP's, Fedor's and Jones.

GSP: 13 wins, 2 UFC titles and 9 defenses, revenge on Serra/Hughes. Wins over those two, Penn, Hendricks (debatable), Bisping, Diaz, Condit.

Fedor: 27 wins (really is 31), PRIDE title with 3 defenses, 14 submissions and 7 KO's. Wins over Coleman x2, Big Nog x2, Cro Cop, Randleman, Arlovski, Sylvia, Hunt.

Jones: 13 wins (really is 22), UFC champ with 9 defenses, 4 submissions and 4 KO's, Wins over DC, Gus, Shogun, Machida, Rampage, Rashad, Bader, Vitor, Chael.

I would rank the streaks:
1) Fedor because he was undersized and wasn't really even tested during his streak. Also the longest.
2) Jones would be #1 but steroids.
3) Anderson and Fedor are toss ups to me, but steroids.
4) GSP has an amazing streak but it's shorter than the others.
