Social Do you wish your brain could take a dump?

Sleep helps regulate our brains to deal with the traumas and ish of life although sometimes it’s hard to get good sleep because of stress and anxiety. I’ve taken CBD for sleep in the past and it has assisted, but recently I started taking a CBN+CBD mix and it helps me chill out and not think about the stresses going on in my life and puts me into super deep sleeps, I highly recommend looking into it. The stuff I got is 1 mg THC -20mg CBD - 10mg CBN

The stuff you guys are talking about helps get refreshed, but it does not change the nature of people. Sometimes I worry that I've gotten too cynical and that has hampered my ability to make new connections and relationships..

My suggestion meditation doesn't change others , it changes you. which is all we as people can do right. It changes how you are able to think about what the others are doing . It lets you take the anger or in your case the cynicism out of your thoughts and when that happens you can process things in a different more efficient way. That's what it's done for me, I can think about stressful things without anger and fear clouding it all.

I work from home and I take a 90 minute lunch break. Cook something healthy for lunch and then chill for an hour and watch an episode or two of a show or take a nap. Then coffee and back to work for another four or five hours.

I could never go back to a 30 mins lunch break.
Same exact thing here. Though I take my lunch later on so the back half of the work day is actually a quarter(2.5/3hrs).

30 minutes is just not enough time to rest anymore for me. Wonder how we managed it for so long.
