Ever get that feeling where you feel lethargic, sour and just not in a great mood but don't fully understand why? Then you take a crap and it all goes away?

We need to figure out how to do that with our brains!

Ever have something that stresses you out that you have little to no control over, and as much as you try to not think about it it just keeps coming back?

Wouldn't you like to just put a laxative in your brain, shit that stuff out and flush it down a toilet?

There has to be a way...

You wish your brain could take a dump, because your head is full of shit?

...or because your head is up your own ass?

It's called taking a nap. When I work at home I do it between meetings. I'll just work an hour or so after my shift to finish stuff if I need to. It's better for me to space things out then go firing on all cylinders, then stop.

Seriously there is something it's called meditation. The op is a great way to describe what it will do for you.

Sleep helps regulate our brains to deal with the traumas and ish of life although sometimes it’s hard to get good sleep because of stress and anxiety. I’ve taken CBD for sleep in the past and it has assisted, but recently I started taking a CBN+CBD mix and it helps me chill out and not think about the stresses going on in my life and puts me into super deep sleeps, I highly recommend looking into it. The stuff I got is 1 mg THC -20mg CBD - 10mg CBN

100%.

I work from home and I take a 90 minute lunch break. Cook something healthy for lunch and then chill for an hour and watch an episode or two of a show or take a nap. Then coffee and back to work for another four or five hours.

I could never go back to a 30 mins lunch break.

It’s funny how mental and physical relief often feels connected. While we can’t exactly “flush” out mental stress the same way, techniques like mindfulness, journaling, or even taking a break can help clear the mind. Just like taking a deep breath can make a difference, so can stepping away from a stressful situation or tackling it head-on in small steps. It’s about finding your mental reset button!

Weed helps

tonight's strain is Han Solo Burger.... and the force is definitely with me.

Dude, if my mind took shits my wife would never see me. I spend enough time on the toilet.

They say that the pineal gland calcifies as you age. If a method was discovered to decalicified it, would the sensation feel like your brain is taking a dump?

Thanks for the input guys

As always, when I start these discussions, it may come off as absurd but there's always some context as I try to find some humor or positives with some real stuff going on in my life. This community definitely helps with that kind of stuff.

The situation I was stressed out about worked itself out. I won't get into too many details because I have talked about some of this stuff before and I do not want to sound like a broken record, but let's just say it mainly has to do with dishonest people/backstabbers.

I've always tried to see the best in people and help whoever I can.. only to find out that those same people will not hesitate to put a knife in my back.

The stuff you guys are talking about helps get refreshed, but it does not change the nature of people. Sometimes I worry that I've gotten too cynical and that has hampered my ability to make new connections and relationships..

This is where taking a mental shit could help ;)
