Do you view some fighters having unfair physical advantages (reach ect.)?

No such thing. The only unfair advantage in fighting is weight disparity. That's why there are weight divisions and there's no reach divisions or big head divisions or whatever the fuck.

Look at the champions. Topuria has short limbs, Belal has even shorter limbs. They're all different body structures from all weight divisions.

If you're opponent is taller and has longer reach than you most likely you're going going to be physically stronger than him. If you're the same weight class. Obviously won't be the case if he has reach on you and also a weight class heavier.

Jones's giraffe arms longest ever, Pereira having a body that scales up and down in weight perfectly from MW to HW, Khabib's face/skull armor and mutant turtle back, Francis being built like the predator, Hunt's head the size of large pumpkin.

I guess these attributes are not learned mixed martial arts skills, but you can't fault some fighters for being a jacked white boy, deal with it.
I don't think the reach advantage in itself is anything unfair but force multiplying it with illegal eye pokes/outstretched fingers that refs somehow let you get away with definitely is

I mean no, this is sports. Michael Phelps has flippers for his hands and feet and his ankles are double jointed. All pro athletes are physically gifted, some more than others.

An unfair advantage is steroids.

Being able to take a beating should probably rank highest when it comes to advantages.
With a bad chin you can not even compete at the higher levels.
True, Diaz brothers made a career out of it. Khabib with a normal chin would had lost to Michael Johnson.

You gotta also have finishing ability to come with the durability.

Being a durable pillow fisted non grappler aint doin u no favors.

Pretty crazy how he had so many natural attributes that put him over his competition, but still felt like he needed a pharmaceutical edge.
His whole family got popped. Maybe Jones wasn't joking when he said his parents gave them all roids when they were young
