Do you think Pedro Pascal is oversaturated in both films and TV?

I like him. He checks the boxes for Hollywood DEI, but holds his weight. I can't remember a performance where I didn't care for him. I don't think he has incredible range, but many of the greats don't.
I don t see him as DEI. There was always a place for Latin bad asses and suave cunt slayers in Hollywood. He pulls off both with ease (which is a rare thing imo) and has depth and gravitas.

He just seems like an actor who says yes to anything he's given. It's worked out so far.

Hadn't ever heard of him until game of thrones.

mountain popping his head was legitimately one of the best tv/movie scenes I've ever watched.

Same here, first time I've seen him was in GoT. Then oddly enough, i watched Narcos and was surprised to see him. Would like him to see some comedy roles, thought he did good in that Nicolas Cage comedy and was funny when he hosted SNL

Loved him in GoT
Was good in Narcos
Also good in Mando

Everything else is kinda meh.

Oh I agree, the dude is good. But it is easier as you know Hollywood wants the check mark. He doesn't always fit source material but still gets roles. Population percentage wise, Latinos might be the most underrepresented group in all of Hollywood. Used to be Asians but after the success of Crazy Rich Asians, and Parasite, they have jumped up.

people just love participating in nonstop bs ....

that's there is to it...

he has good roles, really liked him in the kingsman movie

but i really dont understand the reed richards casting, really dumb

hes overexposed like kevin hart and the rock were a few years back, people are eventually gonna get sick of him

noone plays it cool like DDL and pick a really good movie once every few years

I like him. I only watch The Mandalorian scenes my husband shows me with epic Grogu stuff but I adored him in The Last of Us. Talk about character development.

Also hella easy in the eyes so can't see him going anywhere any time soon.

"Oversaturated" is subjective but I feel like he's been in literally everything for the past 5 years including commercials lol, even though I don't watch much TV or movies.

But like many, I didn't even know who he was until GOT and didn't realize he's been grinding in bit parts since the 90's. He probably got tired of other actors stealing everything he's worked for and wasn't surprised MFers when the job offers started rolling in after Mando.

This dude is the Robbie Lawler/Charles Oliveira of acting, and good on him for sticking with it and becoming a star.

This is true DDL is an anomaly.

Great point.

I don't blame him. Take it while it's hot kind of thing. These opportunities may not happen again for him.

I do think him being single and having no kids helps as well.

He was perfectly cast in his early roles, but now he's completely miscast in every role he takes.

#1 Best Role - In GoT (can't remember his name off the top of my head).
#1 Worst Role - Joel in the TLoU HBO series.

@lsa is a huge fan of Pedro Pascal. Huge fan.

He wants him to be the next Batman.

He's 49 yrs old, he gotta do it while he can.

My gut was too say yes, but if you're goal is legacy, he's nailing it. If the goal is making money, he's nailing it. If the goal is recognition, he's nailing it. If the goal is making art, no

Oversaturation is end of career Bruce Willis and Nick Cage

For now he's fine. Once he reaches The Rock levels then that's when it gets bad.

Thank God The Rock never made Big Trouble in Little China.

Pedro should fight the Predator in a movie.

I dont think he's doing the same shit as The Rock.
