It did hurt his career, he was the tough 80s stud that became a 90s dud minus Ghost & Point Break.
Wesley Snipes was the only one who actually had some good films after but not very many.
John Lesbianzomo has never really done much in his career like the other 2 although the younger me enjoyed The Pest.

I thought John Leguizamo was great in Spawn.

He was already trying to regain altitude when he did that one. It didn't hurt him too much. It was somewhat in vogue to play a gay character in the early and mid 90s.

Wesley Snipes didn't pay his taxes afterwards. Just like those cross dressers trying to get away with everything. He did Blade 1&2 and US Marshalls but don't really remember much else from him after that.

I already stated in a previous post only Wesley wasn't that much effected from the film. Even still hes done 3 good movies after and it's been 25 years and counting.

I don't know what you expected from him tbh. He's a limited actor who spent time in jail and was known to harass female cast mates

He had a couple of hits before Too Wong Foo and a couple after it.

John Leguizamo is the same story but he killed it in voice acting with the Ice Age franchise

He had a really good going career before the film: Major League, King Of NY, Mo Betta Blues, New Jack City, White Men Can't Jump, Jingle Fever and Demolition Man.

After the film he really just had Blade and Blade II and that's it. You really can't say any of the 3 actors did well after the film BUT you did bring up a good point with John Lesbianzomo, he probably did the best after the movie now that you mentioned it. He was very good in Ice Age, John Wick series and a few others.
