Do you think Khamzats physique is big factor to his success?

He's huge and athletic but typically in MMA you want the least torso possible, and Khamzat has a super long salamander torso

Ideal MMA physiques would include Jones, GSP, Topuria, Volk, Usman, Merab, etc

He does have a gas tank.

If he is tired in round 5 so what? why wouldnt he be tired? he still attacks and still wins
No he doesn't. He gassed & got sloppy against Gilbert Burns & did the same with Usman. Also why Chimaev has the known stigma as not being as dangerous after the first round. If he gasses vs DDP, Dricus will finish him & Khamzat won't be gifted a decision win.

No one can keep that pace. Khamzat fights with a nervous energy that he can't be sustained. The big question I want answered is can he fight at a measured pace (wich I doubt) and if he can will his wrestling be as affective.
Merab can keep up a smothering pace for five rounds. Khabib did as well. It is possible to keep a relentless pace for 5 rounds. Khamzat has proven he can't so far because he has no gas tank. If he had a gas tank then he would be one of the most dangerous guys the game has ever seen. Of course his wrestling would be effective if he has the same amount of energy & strength as when the bell first rings.

Lol you cannot compare khabibs or Merabs pace to what Khamzat does in the first 5 minutes. Thats worlds apart. Khamzat literally gives it his all, 100%, while Khabib and Merab have a high pace yes, but its like more of a constant 70% cruising.

Nope. Merab & Khabib can keep up a smothering pace for the entire fight. They manhandle their opponents & take them down at will very much like Khamzat in the first 5 mins of a fight. The only difference is Merab & Khabib can keep it up for 25 mins & Khamzat can only keep it up for 5 mins.

How do you come up with the percentages if you don't mind me asking?

I made them up <lol>. I just think that Khamzat operates at a higher intesity in the first round than the other two do. Everything is super explosiv and powerful. I just dont see that with Khabib and Merab. If it was as intense as Khamzats first round (and both of them are just as skilled as Khamzat), how come they hardly ever finish their fights early or ever (Merab).

Khabib had one of the most intense paces & ground & pound ever. You never saw him talking shit to Michael Johnson or Conor McGregor while dominating them? His pace was pretty intense vs Gaethje & Porier. Also, Merab just finished Suga Sean in his most recent fight lol he also finished Morales. Anytime Merab does anything it's pretty explosive & powerful hence why he manhandles all of his opponents & takes them down with ease.

He won he won. Gassing schmassing. Winning while tired is OK

I don't know how tall he is, looks like a legit 6'2-6'3 always taller than his opponents. His height along with the superhuman strength helps him a lot with his style. He just smothers them and they can't get him off, wrapping himself around them.

I never said anything about winning while tired lol DDP beat Izzy while being gassed. My point is that Khamzat can't keep up his crazy pace for 25 mins. Hence the reasoning of me saying he has no gas tank. Guys with gas tanks can last all fight. Khamzat can't & not having a gas tank almost cost him the fight against Gilbert Burns. It will certainly cost him the fight vs Dricus. Even the professional fighters are acknowledging that if the fight goes past round 2 Chimaev's chances of winning are slim.

I am not saying that Khabibs pace is low. Its as intense as you can reasonably go while pacing yourself. I also think he has better Cardio than Khamzat, and Merabs Cardio is even better than Khabibs. But their pace is not as intense as Khamzats in the first round.

Their pace is pretty fckn intense dude.

I think his KO’s are more from his opponents being so focused on defending takedowns they leave the chin exposed.

Khamzat goes for broke and when he faces adversity tomorrow, he is crumbling
I mean the guys who he clips go out cold.

Khamzats wiry, multipurpose physique alway struck me as one of the most intimidating you could ever face in MMA. Add to that superior grappling skills.

Why do people always praise Jones body type but not Khamzat? I know he doesnt have that height to reach ratio but it's an awesome body for MMA.

Do you think Khamzats physique is big contributing factor to his success?

Lol what? The shit that gets posted here is comedy gold.
