"Do You Think I Should Be Deported?"

What do you guys think? This seems to directly contradict Trump's campaign promises of deporting 11 million illegals. I think many predicted this would occur from the onset.

UPDATE: I can't believe I need to add this, but since so many people failed to comprehend the point of the OP, I'll restate. The question isn't whether YOU believe the woman should be deported, it's whether or not what Paul Ryan says contradicts Trump's campaign promise to deport all illegals.
You didn't ask the specific question until the update, you asked what do you think. That said, yes Trump promising to deport all illegals is contradicted by the new policy of focusing on violent criminals.

Since you position yourself as a moral authority/smarty pants around here, did you really need to make a thread on a question of simple contradiction?

Why cant people be honest for once?

Just say that you hate hispanics and see them as a threat to the anglo-white majority, no need to say "Because laws and shit" when your side has blocked every single attempt at creating laws for these people to regularize their status.

I don't think people who have lived 20 years in one place should be booted unless they commit a violent crime though, but that's not the worse thats happening in the world and its not like she would be deported to syria or congo.
It's mostly people who live in areas with almost no Hispanics that hate us the most.

Well, it's really not that hard: I hope he cancels this DACA bs.
I don't know if he will, I'm not 100% confident, politicians flip-flop and Trump did so quite often during the race.
What does this have to do with voting for Trump regarding this issue, are you trying to say Hillary would have repealed DACA? lol
Also, I don't see where you get this from. Paul Ryan gave an answer during a talk show or whatever this is.
I think it's more important what Trump and his AG say. I didn't hear him backpedal so far. Maybe he will maybe he won't.

AG isnt in charge of deportations, are people that stupid that they supported an anti-freedom, big government, authoritarian mummy because of illegals?

AG can at best jail people that cross the border illegally because it a federal crime, undocumented status by itself is not a felony.

Thanks for the post lecter. Don't you think Trump's transition team should be on the same page regarding policy? At the very least it's sloppy.

I can understand that, but his policies are seemingly swaying left. You're telling me that he can say and do whatever he wants and you'll be fine with it?

The Who said it best in the song Won't Get Fooled Again:

I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around...
Just like yesterday
Then I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get fooled again

Meet the new boss
Same as the old boss

All Americans of non native American decent should be deported.

No, it's the responsibility of the Department of Homeland Security to enforce the law, obviously. Beyond the point, though.
The role of Sessions is that he was an outspoken opponent of DACA and now will have Trump's ear, and Trump is the one who could overturn it if he wants to. That has nothing to do with the question if I think that's the way to go against DACA, btw.
And I didn't make this up, this is the exact reason why some Dems focused on the issue during Sessions hearing, they know what's up.
Or do you think the also don't have a basic understanding of responsibilities of AG and DHS?

I care about what happens at the end of the day, not about who says what. Politicians talk a lot.

MY greater hope then even deportation is complete lack of ability to profit off usa tax dollars if not a legal tax paying citizen. Illegals going to public schools and getting health coverage is ridiculous

That doesn't make sense, because you're literally getting fooled again and seemingly happy about it.

So people supported Sessions because he may be a bigot and advise Trump to deport illegals based on his vendetta against a group that its virtually inexistant in his homeland Alabama? Seriously?

And Dems attacked Sessions because Dems are a fucking joke at this point. And because Sessions was barred in the 80s from serving as judge for the very same issue.

Again, most stupid reason to choose someone who is quite outspoken about civil forfeiture without trials, enforcing federal drug laws over states rights and other government overreach.

The sad thing is you guys calling other people RINOs thats fucking rich, you hate states rights, you hate small government and you love government overreach.

Yet Ryan did not say yes. He lacks the courage of his convictions when confronted. Pretty typical right-winger in my experience.

Ryan is the right wing, ahh i see you are a pretty typical mentally ill leftist.

I am happy the smug left is brutally butthurt about losing the election. When it comes to Trump's presidency I have no idea what will happen. It could be great, uneventful or a disaster.

Fair enough. I'd rather not take that gamble, but to each their own.

And you don't care either way. This is what pisses me off about non-Americans weighing in on our politics.

What would have been the benefit of voting in Hillary? Her presidency could have been just as bad or even worse than a potential Trump presidential disaster.

I am sure I am not alone when I say that I was not supporting Trump based on campaign promises. I supported Trump because I hate smug leftist scumbags and I was hoping they would wake up after seeing Trump elected. Instead, the left seems to be doubling down on their self-righteous stupidity.

This election was more about voting anti-left than voting for Trump.

There will be consequences for those action.
