You shouldn't extrapolate your own perceptions onto others in this area. It's great you have a diverse range of interests and a worldview that means you couldn't personally think of settling prior to 30.
But others have a different outlook and thats totally valid also.
The biological imperative is also widely different for females than males, and also wildly different within the gender. It's not something we can easily relate to.
And take it from someone who has just been through two pregnancies over several years and several issues including assisted reproduction... 30 - 35 does represent a potential step change in risk factors and challenges.

On topic. She's massively overrated. I get that it has to do with her being part of this humongous franchise as a kid and her turning out to be decent looking as an adult. I think she's pretty no doubt, just doesn't justify the hype. You picked a poor picture of her, she has probably peaked though. Most girls do around 30 give or take.

She's got 'girl next door' good looks. She has a really pretty face but she doesn't have big lips. A superb ass legs and world class feet but she doesn't have a great hip to waist ratio and she is fairly flat chested. That coupled with the fact that she plays the girl next door in a franchise that spans the majority of her fans lives makes her the penultimate girl next door for tens if not hundreds of millions of fans of the franchise.
