I think Jack beats him pretty easily. Can’t be blocking punches with your face against Jack.

I think Brady, JDM, & maybe Morales would beat him

I think he’s still got a good chance but he’s shown some more vulnerabilities and his inactivity is really going to hurt him.

In his last photos he seems to have lost a lot of muscle mass. A whole lotta lot.

He has the talent, let's see how and when he bounces back to fight shape.

I hope he comes back at full throttle.

I believe he can become champ, but I also believe WW is very wide open. None of them have the look of a unbeatable long lasting champ eg 4 or more title defenses. I think there's about 5 guys who you could make a case for as being the best at WW or whom you could envision as WW champ within the next 24 months

Not if he stays this inactive. I don't think many MMA fans are interested in a challenger that fights once a year.

Yes yes, he fought twice in 2022 and 2023, but before that he fought once in 2021 and once in 2022. Now he might not even fight in 2025 the way things are going.

Not sure, depends how he looks are the surgery, I haven't seen enough of him against top guys yet, I did think it was madness people were saying he will win in 1st round against Ian, and like it was basically a squash match, not sure what people were seeing.

I never thought he would be to be honest.

I have no reason to believe he wont be, we'll see tho, its been a while

I wouldn't bet on it. He's in a division flush with contenders and is consistently unreliable. Inactivity is a dead end at WW right now, he's just going to keep getting passed over for title shots if he can't be more available to fight when he's called upon.

No idea until he returns. He didn't look amazing against Ian Machado Garry, but he had a pretty bad injury, whatever it was. Against Wonderboy, son of Thomp, he was able to win and make it look fairly easy, despite his injury (if he hadn't been able to dominate the grappling, I wonder how well he'd handle things, given his injury. Instead the injury built his hype after that fight).

Will he rehab properly? Will he still be as mobile? I think he's the favourite against everyone if his performance is not negatively affected by the injuries.

I think he could be champ, but not necessarily because he is some overwhelming force; im not sold on JDM still and don't expect him to be some long-reigning dominant champ himself. I expect the belt will play hot potato for a while.

Still think he can. Less confident after the Ian Gerry performance though.

He would've absolutely beat the piss out of Belal had they fought, so I wouldn't completely rule out his chances. His window is rapid closing though, so he better get busy before he's too old.
