Watching Colby Covington(MMA) or Steven Shakur(Boxing) is great way to sleep when i need too.

Yes, i can't sleep without tv background noise. I usually put something slightly interesting, yet slightly boring. Like Discovery + shows. How the universe works and the unexplained with william shatner are good choices.

I sleep on the couch in the living room with the fan on, the tv on and the door and windows open, I need to hear the sounds of life going on all around me or i start to get paranoid
If the power goes out and things suddenly get silent, its like a reverse alarm clock and I snap awake instantly

Been through a lot of fans over teh years they don't last forever and when they eventually die or if the power goes out it's pure hell. I have to have a fan on. Definitely no tv through needs to be dark and cold to get a good sleep.

I usually take some melatonin and put on forensic files. I’ll then watch some naked chicks and yank it. Once the melatonin kicks in and my eyes get heavy I’ll turn off the murder porn and go asleep.

Yeah I sleep with the tv on. Usually repeats so i dont stay awake to keep watching. Its very good to distract anxiety thoughts that creep into head when trying to sleep

When I was single yeah. Quite often go to bed early doors and watch something which I frequently nod off to, when the light goes out without Night Nurse or whatever they're called jellies I'm awake all night.

I adopted two kittens a couple or so months ago which rule my morning time life to the point of drawing blood nibbling my face. I'm putting them in the dining room next week when sleep time is supposed to happen...it's getting too much them being in bed. I thought what I thought was wiping her slobber off my cheek I later found out my hand and face were covered in blood when I got up a couple of hours later. If I shut them out of the bedroom they just cry at the door so they need to be in a separate part of the house...I'll leave a TV on, a litter tray and some food/water. I will feel guilty as hell doing it because the biter is actually purring every time she bites me and it's an actual love thing but getting scabs on your face most mornings is getting out of hand.

Have a gander at my FBook...they both look like butter wouldn't melt but they're terrors.
