I meant white people in the USA generally don't take public transportation unless they are in NYC or San Fran. In America, public transportation is for crazy people an illegal aliens. Everyone else has a car.

Yeah, by European-American, I meant white people in the USA, not people in Europe. Sorry for the confusion. We don't really have a great term for white-Americans like for African-Americans or Asian-Americans. Political correctness has messed up our language and made everything confusing.

Obviously it's much more convenient in this day and age, but man, there was something special about going to Blockbuster on a Friday night as a kid and browsing through the selections.

Yes! I never had internet as a child and the only movies I had an idea of, were ones I'd seen tv adverts for.
I used to get random horrors by judging what the vhs box looked like lol
