Are there camping addicts here? My cousin loves camping he goes several times a year. I've probably only camped a handful of times in my life. And I don't like it, not my thing.

And I'm talking about camping in a tent not in a trailer. lol

Love camping but don’t go very often. I’ve been twice in the last couple months and have another trip scheduled but it had been years. Funny, I think the tent in the OP is the one I have.

Here are some pics, hopefully the upload works. First 4 are Cumberland Island, GA. Amazing trip. That picture of the horses fighting is like something out of National Geographic. The armadillo and raccoons would come right up to your campsite and not even acknowledge you. Just look for scraps. The last 2 pics are from another trip.

There is no more peaceful a time than waking up before everyone else, getting the campfire going, putting a pot of coffee directly over the fire, and just sitting and chillin' with the sound of nature and the percolator.

Camping is great until you have to wake up for a shit in the middle of the night, in Australia this can be a matter of life and death.

I do camp in my suv and surf fish, but camping in tents with a bunch of feral hippies who want to get back to nature and not wash for a week. I have sherdog for those kind of people.
