I recommend reading about the genetic findings of the human genome project. Its fascinating. It was proven beyond any doubt that there are no races but humans themselves are one race. The differences in genetic variation are much bigger inside one subgroup f.e. black western africans then in comparison to other groups "races". F.e white western europeans in general have more in common regarding their genetic imprint with aethiopians then athiopians have with the Kalenjin in Kenya.
Racism is based on the idea of different value of different races and because of that treating people different regarding their "race". By proving that cant be the case on a scientific level we can leave racist thinking behind us like f.e. many black people in the US nowdays have. We can now look at culture, values ..etc. to understand differences in success, attractiveness...etc.
Its important to tell that and teach it to children. Every superioriority ideology based on race is proven idiotic by understanding that. Sadly in US but esp. Russia and China but also many other parts on this planet the opposite is common thinking.
A start is to not use race. We are basically the same just in different shades.
