Do you get nightmares often?

Rarely.

One time I dreamt that I had over 10% bodyfat and I to make things worse I was only 6ft3. Of course I was banned from Sherdog in that dream.


On a serious note.. I used to dream about falling regularly as a child. Other than that and a couple of nightmares where someone wants to kill me my worst dreams are the ones I'm about to have sex and I wake up before it. Damn.

i want to say enough but i can never be sure, i smoke until im not a danger to myself or others is a good way of putting it, im not sure if i could switch to some other way of sedating myself or if i could develop some kind of zen mastery technique but so far the method is to smoke a bunch of weed every day and it does the trick ive also used a vape pen to some effect as well

im a macrodoser kind of guy but yeah i tried eating a small amount of mushrooms before and it didnt really do it for me but i have heard it has been useful for others, i think to get a really good idea i need to quit smoking pot for like 2 months along with caffeine and reduce the sugar intake and everything do some fasts and shit and then start introducing stuff in very small amounts and being really careful and aware of each biochemical variable and my responses but also would probably need a pretty stable testing environment as well and all this sounds very boring and not what i really want to do so i think ill keep smoking a bunch of weed im actually about to hit the bong right now

I've come to realize that I really only experience them if I fall asleep while laying flat on my back. Then once I recognize it's a "nightmare", I will force myself to open my eyes to wakeup(which at times feels like a momentary struggle before I can do so).

Not that often. The other night I dreamt about spiders and woke up worried over it. That was a first for that.

I had a dream a little back where I emptied a revolver into a guy and when nothing happened I went over and pistol whipped him to death.
