Do you feel tired ?

I wake up feeling like shit, am alright an hour later, for a few hours, then go on a steady decline throughout the day. I don't nap though.

I feel my best when I'm active though. I walk a lot, go to the gym, but it's when I do nothing when I feel it...

@Trabaho why are you training? Do some attainable goals. A program that will keep you motivated with an end goal. I had help from chatgpt just now on a training program for my year end 200 km ride.

To be stronger than all other sherdogers. Shots fired. Cause I already achieved it and am tougher than all other members.

It's not easy being me. Not having better problems and suffering from boredom. All while being white and christian. If at least I was broke and money motivated me.

I need to fight someone cause I'm

Find local people that need help and help them, that will fire you up 100%.
Being a hero is bad ass and will give you wings.
Be a champ for humanity if you can’t find the will to do it for yourself and you will be sooo happy I gaurantee it.
Not trying to patronize in any way, we’re all in this together, most of us anyways.

A couple things that have helped me adjust and be super upbeat an energetic have been

#1 diet and sleep
#2 attitude
#3 enthusiasm
#4 love
#5 exercise

There are more but those are pretty tops.

I'm a retired 45yo cripple. I poured 100 80lbs bags of concrete into a mixer yesterday, making 6 footings. I started work at 8 this morning and I'm having a coffee now. Putting up a 35x25 steel building. I feel perfectly normal, the only difference is I didn't take my dog for a walk last night. Maybe op has lymes or something.
I have lymes but it's been treated

No, as long as I eat enough I usually feel fine but I do notice myself sleeping more as I've gotten older. I'll fall asleep around 10:30-11 and I'm usually up around 6:30-7 but sometimes I'll fall back to sleep until around 8. I don't really get tired after I exercise but I do get tired after a big lunch. Only caffeine I do is one large cup of iced coffee a day that I make at home, it's light not strong. Then I'll drink 1-2 more cups of decaf coffee per day and a lot of water.

Feeling good training again, so much fun. Learned from the off time. About 2 weeks. Thursday did a sesission got even more sick. Today feeling very good and training. Learned to not over train in a session but use common sense. Appreciate being healthy and young enough to train.

The more you rest the more tired you get. The more active you get the more energy aviable. Also going to bed early and rising early aka in the morning did wonders.
