Do you feel tired ?

Yeah people are different. I think a lot of the lethargy stuff is down to diet and sleep, of which requirements are different per person.

Beyond that I've done genetic testing and found common foods I do badly with, also I found that I recover slower than average. I have better tendon strength, cardio, strength etc but I need to focus on rest more than others.

I think this a profile of more gifted athletes, they rest HARD, then go hard when it's go time.

If you're like that trying to grind puts you backwards. I spent 10 yrs making good gains, transformed myself, but once I took the foot off the gas I actually made more progress.

If you're more capable than most you can dig deeper but that then comes with a cost greater than that experienced by others.

I was 3/10 early, but had an OG monster. Now I’m 6.9/10.

So I'll be working starting from 17.11 not signed yet but it's pretty much done. 4th have the doctor test thing and likely sign. Looking to go 10 days home. Now rising at 8:30 cause soon it won't be a game. However I feel tired. Had a bad cold and didn't excercise. Was at the gym thursday. Yesterday my lung sort of hurt. Today it's fine, jus a lil cold. But my energy is gone. Like the more I train the fitter I am. Generally I suffer from lethargy a lot. But when I train I do it good and long and strong. Feeling pretty bored and tired. I'm the person to never get headaches ever, but get tired often.

Rate your energy levels today.

I'm at a 4/10.

Figured play a game let my food digest some more then hit the gym up.

Perhaps instal some music making programs and play with that a bit.

Anyone else get this strong lethargy ?

Maybe it's genetic. Mom and brother are different. I'm kinda like my dad, sleepy and like to rest. Maybe it's normal.

Today is frustrating. The excercise stop for 2 weeks really did a number on me.

Sort of low motivation as in I don't care to do stuff.

I want you guys to fire me up or something, or who feels the same.

Life is best enjoyed when you feel there is so much to do and little time.

Now it's like the whole day is free for me and I don't care to do much of anything.

I get motivated from sports but now that I've fallen off from sickenss it feels uncomfortable to get going again. Workout thursday was good though. But need to get in the habbit again.

Weather is also cold. I mean the work stuff has been mentaly exhausting too. But it's settled.

You didn't miss much... essentially, as per the post in the OT, he got a new job as a fellatio technician (assuming he can pass the STD check he mentioned above) but he's also super lazy and hasn't worked in a year now after leeching off the poor, long-suffering German taxpayer.

A combination of is usual sad, attention seeking and trying to show off about his job, while wanting you the feel sorry for is lazy ass.

I have not been training at all in the past month. I have had way too much happening at home, and on top of that I’ve had a lot going on at work. So I have just felt really tired.

But I think I’ll get back in the gym this week. I’ve hit the milestones I needed to at work, so that should slow for a bit.
