bright lights and camera >.< the worstI have to do it everyday, so at this point I am on auto-pilot. The only time I ever get nervous is if I am doing live television - I have a intense fear of becoming an internet meme, so I get some butterflies if I am in front of a live camera.
I've been doing it forever so I enjoy it. Didn't like it at the beginning like most people.
After a while, you reach a certain point where you especially enjoy speaking in front of a crowd that either isn't interested or disagrees with you. Take really long pauses and look directly in their eyes. Lots of fun once you have the confidence.
I guess it's just a matter of exposure, the more you do it. The more comfortable and confident you become.
