Do you believe you can sense when someone is lying?

I believe this man. His claims are extraordinary, but I believe them. Not to mention an entire team of witnessing, not just him.

i've realized it when i was young and have only developed the "ability".

Whatever happened I believe that he believes it. I have listened to tons of stuff of his and I'm convinced he's not lying.

This guy seems to be a little nervous when he speaks, when he gulps and has small stutters, too. I think he is lying.

I can mostly tell though, look for eye contact, small (I forgot the word)... small twitches/queaks/movements etc.

I can tell when someone is lying, but it's harder to find when people are insincere.

For example I had a friend whose mom I thought liked me but I overheard her later talking shit on me.
