Do you believe Perry ever breaks into top 10?

After Bonanzippoa KO's him? I just can't see how Perry beats him. It feels like he got beat up by that malemodel last week.

Probably not he's a brawler.

I would question the integrity of any publication that doesn't have him in the top 5 already.

Hell probably get an ideal top ten matchup if he wins tonight

By the time they raise Platinum’s hand in victory, Ponzinibio may be awake enough to mumble “what a beautiful ceiling. Look at all the pretty lights.”

Rankings don't matter

Perry WHO? Clown has so many nut huggers around here it's like a bath house in SF ... or something like that.

I've already booked Plat vs Till in my mind for early next year.

He's a fun brawler who at a certain position in the rankings will have some exciting scraps.

But he's far too limited for any meaningful success as has already been shown.

First we had Phil Baroni, then came Chris Leben, and now we get Plastic Mike.

These are guys that will put on some entertaining fights, but simply dont have what it takes to break into contender status. Ponz by TKO.

If you lose to guys like Jouban, you're not likely to go far, and no disrespect to Jouban, it's nice that a guy can model full time, and still compete at a high level in mma, but he's a B or C level talent. And it's not like Perry just got caught with a punch, or a guillotine or whatever... no he was pretty much outclassed for 15 minutes straight.

I know MMA math shouldn't be used, but think about it, Ponz KO'd the guy that tapped Jouban out who then schooled Perry.

I don't think it is a forgone conclusion that Perry loses tonight. But if he does I think he is young and hungry enough to learn from it and improve.

I didn't recognize his team on the Road to the Octagon video, maybe I missed it. But if he isn't training with a top team maybe he might decide to and improve that way.
