Do we have incels here?

Incel has nothing to do with political affiliation.
Yes it does.

On some level, incels do have a mindset of misogyny, and the end of the political spectrum more associated with misogyny (for obvious reasons) is the right.

I would disagree I think it very much does, I mean its shifting to be a bit of an insult but the label was very much self identified originally in a culture with certain political/social views.

No it wasn't. A terrorist committed a terorist act and was also an incel so the media blamed the right. It's what they do.

The saddest folks are the incels disguising as mgtow.

I wonder if there are many married incels? That would be fucked up, especially if your wife is getting laid.

It's No Nut November. Incels get to not be incels for the month.
Lol I seen one of the Dommes online last night say that, as she keeps her subs in chastity. I thought she made it up herself (the “no nut November”) but I guess not. It’s a mainstream thing?

It was a term first created by a woman, the self identified group that exists now has nothing to do with her.

So incels is just nerdy guys who dont get girls right?
Why is there a name for it now?

Every group needs a trendy name.

Also, to distinguish them from the nerdy guys who have great tech jobs and can get women.

Did I say anything about who created the term? I just said that Incel as its generally referred to today represents a self indenifted group.

My bad, I thought you were implying they came up with the term.
edit: fuck that I just read what you wrote, you wrote it was originally their self identified term.

Anytime I'm not currently getting laid I'm an Incel right? I mean I always want to be having sex. I'm not exactly sure of the definition. It should be included in your opener. I'm at work right now being an Incel. Life is good.

No. Incels are guys who can’t get laid, not guys who just don’t. They’re guys who suck with women super bad because they are not the best looking, so they play video games all night and day, get fat, make the problem worse, then decide women are the problem.
They are almost unanimously racist. They love school shootings.

How accurately does this describe your friend?

The "hair overly reacts to wind" made me lol!

superficially it shouldnt because it's not a political movement. But they are almost all ex-"Red Pill" and aligned with the MRA/MGTOW sphere which makes them hypermisogynist. Their views on women line up exactly with both conservative Christians and radical Islamists- want to deny their autonomy to choose mates and oppose attempts to mitigate consequences from that (birth control, abortion, std's).

To even entertain the notion that they arent influenced by the right is laughable. However, they are too nihilistic to care so most of them dont vote.

I suspect because we've seen the shift from simply men who can't attract woman discussing it on the net to a movement that's obviously much more political. Again to me it feels the whole "pick up artist" culture that came to the fore a bit earlier, however questionable some of the "tips" that movement offered were the real attraction it has was IMHO selling a broader philosophy. That kind of idealised sociopathy has I think been on the rise in several different areas on the net appealing to disaffected men.

I think you see it somewhat as a reaction to the current political climate, the idea that paying lip service to PC politics is the be all and end all of society. A lot of men are likely finding out that this isn't improving their lot economically and I suspect that disingenuous nods to feminism isnt a stand in for actual empathy in terms of relationship success.
The current incel movement absolutely came out of PUA culture. There was a notorious forum called PUAH8 where bitter men discussed how futile PUA is if you're ugly. This evolved into a codified set of rules and lingo to quantify the parameters of attractiveness -canthal tilt, gonial angle, midface ratio, etc. (They have something called the fhwr coeffecient which measures the ratio of width to length of midface).

They can quantify why Sean O'Pry is attractive while Gosling is not:

as I was saying, this is the community that radicalized Elliot Rodger and why that site was eventually taken down. It has now returned in a milder form as lookism.net.

The incel community is a subset of this but they have accepted they will NEVER be genetically competitive and choose to lay down and rot instead of striving for hope and being dissapointed when it fails.
