• Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. I have to imagine it's pandemonium, at least among MMA fans.

Finally, after all these years, Bisping is champ. I would have loved to see the reaction in bars, homes, and other assorted gathering places in the UK.
 
I'm sure the ones who actually follow mma will care... all few hundred of em.

It's very early in the morning here, almost all bars and stuff like that are shut and most people are asleep.
 
They don't know anyone other than Conor McGregor, so, nothing. I'm the only one stupid enough to be up at half 6 AM watching UFC. The Eastern Bloc people all know Fedor though. There was an Eastern European girl watching Fedor fights on her mobile on the stairwalker at the gym last time I went.

I agree. Won't be surprised if the island sinks from all the turmoil going on. Happy for Bisping. He stayed busy and finally got gold. Don't expect him to keep it too long, but he got it...and along the way he humbled the fuck out of Rockhold.

Nothing. Few people in england know bisping or mma. I'm in london and everyones asleep. It might make a few sports websites as news. Thats all

I get the sleeping part. But tomorrow, this isn't going to be widely talked about? Bisping won't be something of a national hero?

No. Mma is an incredibly niche sport. Its much smaller than soccer in the usa. It wont be reported in a major news outlets

He will be top story of the newspapres sports sections I would think. Not sure if he will be on the front page. Maybe.

He will be quite widely talked about.
