I know several karatekas,jiu-jitsu and taekwondo patricioners aht are close to their 40's or 50's htat actually athleast look health. But you cant partake(sp?) in a real sport, and i include pro-wrestling with his juycing, and be a abuser, being BP hight, moving several extra pounds, being a bathroom slave, with all the eating, basically you dont have a life, not a normal one. In bb, you just train 1 hour and lay down the rest of the day. Move very little.
