Ironically, had Hitler been content simply to rule Germany, there's a chance he would be remembered far more kindly by history. But his obsession with conquest and his arrogant belief in his destiny as the saviour of the Aryan Race dragged Germany and the rest the world into Hell with him.

If hitler was content with ruling germany hed still be up there with the pol pots, stalins and milosovics of history
 
hitler had a lot of the same views as people in the wr. the difference is that most people in the wr wouldnt support the level that he took his policies too.

loved jewish and banker conspiracy theories. favored order more than individual liberties etc etc

I have a hard time believing those same people wouldn't be ratting us out to the gestapo.

Havent actually read mein kampf but just wondering whats different about his version of nationalism. I remain skeptical that it doesnt lead to resentment of peoples from other ethnicities, their dehumanization which then leads to justification of their abuse and conquest.

I know one person who likes Hitler, but he's a Nazi of sorts so I guess that isn't a surprise.

Why yes, I do have rather colorful acquaintances. And some that are very much against color.
