Only if theyre also a jock like Freddie Prinze Jrs character in She’s All That. The grades themselves will never be the panty soaker but if he’s a good looking guy that isn’t broke as a joke, then having good grades as well would probably help spread the legs

but somebody defined only by their grades will eventually have to parlay that into some financial success so they can hopefully start getting laid by the time they are 30.

I hear in some asian countries(Japan and S. Korea) that good grades alone are cool and the equivalent of being the varsity QB on a midwestern HS team

Let's put it this way, my intelligence certainly never hurt me with women. It attracts a different type of woman rather than those who were simply attracted to me because of looks or the fact that I was a pro fighter. I have no doubt that it was my being of a certain level of intellect that attracted my wife to me more so than anything else. That, & my sense of humor.
She's got an IQ in the 140s herself, so it was important to her to find someone that she could relate to on an intellectual, emotional & physical level. And fortunately, for me, the fact that I'm a couple of decades older than she is wasn't/isn't an issue for her.
