Do fighters that live abroad get tested less?

It seems America bound fighters get tested more often than fighters that reside in countries where MMA isn't popular and because of less established infrastructure. True? I'll take someone's word for it!

Just checked and Ismagulov who lives somewhere on the border between Russia and Kazakhstan has been tested 5 times this year, so I'm going to guess no.

Are there fighter restrictions on their "availability" to test?

Is there anything stopping a fighter from moving his camp to the middle of nowhere where he has no contact with the outside world and therefore avoiding random tests? I imagine there's some contractual stipulations that mandate such things. Someone here knows more than me about that. Thoughts?

I believe at some point you must do a piss test. I think Yair got suspended for such an infraction. USADA calls it "whereabouts infraction"

Yeah it's easier but you can still get away with it in the US if you travel around constantly.

A few hour detection window? I got you fam. Just do some hunting or walking in the woods for a few hours. You're where you said you are but MIA for a short bit with no cell coverage but don't worry will be right back. Don't forget to take a pic for Instagram proving where you went. Just enjoying the wonderful outdoors.

And yes I been watching some UFC fighters pull this shit for years. The level of ignorance and/or lack of courage from USADA is not at all surprising. They are after all there to make money, not spend it.

If USADA actually wanted to catch some of the top 1% including some champs they have a known pattern they can follow on social media which the fighters need to maintain and can literally follow them on instagram. Are they going to spend several hundred grand on former operators to pull that shit in the woods? Never fucking happening. If USADA actually pulled that off I'll make an apology thread to USADA for trashing them for years for being corrupt gutless wonders that are only there to give the UFC and WME cover in case a fighter is killed by another in the cage. Which they are.

Why do you think Andrade moved back to Brazil?
