Not UFC specifically but there was one guy on the Ultimate Fighter who smoked cigarettes. Don't remember who or what season. His first fight didn't turn out too well for him.

I wouldn't be shocked if a lot of them are casual smokers, as in "I only smoke when I drink". Some people can smoke a cigarette, get a good buzz, then not do it for a couple days/weeks. I doubt any top level fighter still active today smokes a pack a day or anything close.

I was fortunate enough to meet Saku and even train alongside him before his rematch with Royce in Los Angeles. He was training out of Chute Boxe USA in Orange County and he was taking smoke breaks every 20 min or so.
