Do Any UFC Fighters Smoke Cigarettes?

I don't think so, but I went to one of his seminars and he dipped. Don't see how dipping can affect athletic performance though.

it still constricts your blood vessels so if he's smart (which I'm quite certain that isn't the case) he quits a few days before the fight at worst.

Conor McGregor looks like the type of person you'd see smoking cigarettes and Ronda Rousey looks like she'd reak of cigarettes.

Really? I know you can still smoke inside in a ton of places in Japan.

My take on it was it was not nearly as frowned upon by the parents because many of them were active smokers as well. That cycle seemed to perpetuate. I'm not they have the effort placed on the harmful health effects that the US does, either. Maybe there is also a strong tobacco lobby type presence as well?

She talks about smoking cigarettes in her book. And this...

Duh Those are def the dogs

Joe Schilling snuck out for ciggies between fights in the Glory tourney he won.

Didn't Joe Schilling say on Rogan's podcast that he smokes? Not UFC but Bellator.

I'm not sure about fighters but Mario Lemieux used to smoke 2 packs a day until he was around 22. For those not aware, Mario is the 2nd greatest hockey player of all time and started his NHL career at 18. That's four years of NHL play while smoking pretty fuckin' heavy.

Third

yeah because he doesnt smoke tobacco. smoking cannabis doesnt negatively effect lung function

you sure about this? ever heard the smoking a joint is like smoking 16 cigarettes myth? I'll call it a myth for now. Also, what if you smoked 20 - 30 joints a day? I mean besides having the best life ever, wouldn't it eventually lead to some sort of COPD or perhaps the lung cancers?

sure but hockey players aren't athletic at all so that derails your point.

lol, k.

Pot smoke is just the only smoke that isn't bad for your lungs.

Hey man, pit smoking is the cool thing now and it should be legal no matter what. It can't hurt your lungs because it's pot and we love pot. Forget about the fact that we don't smoke 30+ joints a day like cigarettes, we just need to pretend that it isn't harmful so we can get high and not feel bad about the adverse effects on our body which then makes us have to choose if it is worth it to mess up our bodies a little less than smokers.

Edit: Sorry I am hungry and tired and I didn't even smoke anything.

Smoking anything is not good for you but smoking cigerettes is particularly bad. First of all nicotine is carcinogenic and there are lots of nasty chemicals found in most cigerettes especially any kind of menthal flavor. American Spirits are a lot better for you but you are still smoking something which isnt good.

If you smoke weed like I do then definately look into getting a vaporizer. I have a volcano vape and I no longer spit out phlegm like I used to when I smoked blunts. Of course blunts have tabaco in them which was probably why. Joints were a bit easier but the vape is the king. Bowls and bongs are actually worse than joints despite what most people think, because you breath in more of the plant material, where as in a joint the plant material falls off when you ash.

Rounda seems to be smoking American Spirits in the picture which is probably the only brand you can get away with smoking and still compete at a high level, but even then not the best idea.

yeah, I'd think that any sort of burning smoke inhalation as a habit would eventually lead to lung issues.
