TJ is so full of it. I like TJ. I'm grateful he stopped the D-Bag Cody. I'm a fan of his. But him calling out the smaller fighter is sad. But the real sad thing is. Mighty mouse would beat him. TJ is already shredded at 135. He's lean. Has a clear 6 pack with a low body fat percentage. Probably 10%. I'm not confident he makes 125. But IF he does, he will drain himself so bad. He will gas early on. Mighty mouse is Taylor made for this weight. He never gets tired. Mighty mouse would stop him tbh.

DJ.

I agree. I would have DJ as a -185 favourite or so even at 135lbs to be honest. I think he's just too dynamic and fast and can match everything that TJ does offensively, and more. On top of that, I think DJ is more sound defensively. Both fighters are really masterful at switching up the tempo of the fight and fighting at different speeds, so that aspect to me is really interesting.

Regardless of who you think wins it, I think it's one of the most compelling match-ups in the UFC right now for the hardcore fanbase and I hope eventually we get to see it at either 125lbs, 135lbs or some catchweight 130lbs.

TJ via not being a can

TJ is indeed a high level fighter. But so is mighty mouse. MM has 12 straight title defences. Also. A drained 125 pound TJ will not be good. He will lose.

Then DJ should quite hiding and do it. TJ s a stud if he knows he can make weight I trust him more that DJ apologist pretending he cant.
DJ and all his fans cried themselves to sleep when Pettis lost his last fake contender, maybe it's time to camping for Borg v Johnson 2 that guy got a bad deal he needs a rematch.

Feel good about yourself? Congratz on getting first reply, and it's a GIF! Good shit bro. Your fellow sherbros will just pour in the likes!
Yup I tried really hard. I deserve that praise bichh

MM will get his ass whooped. In the manlet scale MM is a solid 10/10 while TJ is a 8,5/10. science man.

It's weak af for a manlet to call out an even bigger manlet for a manlet bout.

He'll win though. Mighty Mouse is to tiny

And TJ wants to fight a A small 125 pounder as the 135 pound champion. Instead of trying to not lose to Dominick Cruz again.

DJ had a shitload of success at 135 and almost lost his 125 debut (a draw to Uncle Creepy) cuz of his weight cut down there. Plus Cruz just pulled out of his last fight with an injury so it’s not like Cruz is in a position to challenge him. Wut are u saying

I think MM wins too, natural 125ers have an extremely hard time hitting him or getting on on a double leg and as good as TJ is I doubt a dehydrated bantam does much better.

My guess is tj swings at air all night and loses a clear decision, he might win a round or two if he can land anything that does significant damage to MM's face or rocks him in any way.

I don't see MM finishing him tho, my guess is he will win a 48-47 or a 49-46 decision and then Sherdog will understand just how great he is. Or more than likely they blame the loss on tj dropping down and say MM should grow some balls and move up, I mean this is Sherdog after all.

Then DJ should beat him and become two division Champ.

I will never understand the calling out a smaller guy argument surrounding this fight. If tj makes 125 how does that make him any different to guys like borg, cejudo etc? essentially everyone at 125 is bigger than dj. Different story if tj was asking dj to move up

Im seriously starting to think that TJ is underestimating the weight loss required to move down a division at his size.

Guys who are going from 155 to 145 have to lose 6.4% of their total bodyweight. And we have seen LWs fighting at FW often. A lot of them look dead on the scales.

Now imagine going from 145 to 135. Still just ten lbs, but on the smaller fighter, comprises a larger bodyweight percentage. Moving from FW to BW requires losing 6.9% of a fighters bodyweight.

What TJ is trying to do is move from 135 to 125, an even more drastic move based on percentage of bodyweight loss required. For a BW to move to FLW, he needs to lose 7.4% of his bodyweight.

The difference may seem negligible as there is less than a 1% variation, but im willing to bet its bigger than people are estimating.
