Divorce thread....

The fact that you think loving someone is a dominance hierarchy, at the age of 20 no less, is proof that your parents fucking sucked. No offense.

By the way most marriages end, one often reason because of how possessive either the man or the woman was. And they feel “trapped” and “owned”. Don’t tell me you don’t know what I’m talking about.

And by “own” I mean by many factors. I have known many married couples where the woman was extremely controlling, possessive, had to always call the shots, always asking where her husband was etc, I have also known some where the roles were reversed.

And by the way, I raised myself. My dad was a pimp and my mom was a drug addicted prostitute. They were never married either. I also moved out when I was 14.

I think I did extremely well for myself.

I'm going to ignore the obvious trolling, and if it's not trolling, then turns out i was indeed correct, your parents do suck and you should probably seek some sort of help.

Women are fucking crazy. What are you gonna do? Not love them? Sounds boring.

Never once did I Troll with what I just said. I never said to “not love them” either.

She's worse in a way. She learned her lesson about getting physical with me when I physically overpowered who once but now she's quick to call the cops and play the race card. She took my dog to a pound and dropped her off. Cleaned out my bank accounts and took the car. She's a nightmare.

If she's willing to turn a loving relationship into a power game, get the fuck out.

Oh, I know you didn't say that, because you have no concept of what love is. Which is my original point.
Loving someone is true, blind devotion to them on an emotional level that trumps all social power hierarchies you seem to put any stake of value in at this very moment. Love means that someone else's life and happiness is your main source of life and happiness, as well as the opposite. You're so caught up in your own ego that you're unwilling to be a fool for anyone, and that is exactly what loving is. Ask any of the married guys or dads around this forum.

I know at the moment you're thinking everyone is just a simpy cornball, but if you're fortunate enough to deal with your own emotional issues and find someone you truly care about more than yourself, you'll see how much sweeter life is. "BUT WHAT IF ENDS IN DIVORCE THAT MEANS WE SHOULDN'T BE MONOGAMOUS", dude, we used to live to be like 35 when the judeo-cristian idea of marriage even existed, nothing lasts forever or is meant to last forever, but if you enter every interaction with that mindset, you're gonna be fucking miserable and probably kill yourself.

I'm sure you're gonna keep arguing with me, but one day you're gonna bust a nut like you have never busted before inside of some girl who makes you feel like a complete fucking idiot and think to yourself "Da Speeit was right". If you're lucky.

I’m not interested in “finding true love” I am 20 years old. I’m going to live the way I want. And I don’t think “this marriage is bound to end in divorce” but it’s better to protect yourself and your assets. Almost every man I know who was “blinded by true love” ended up divorced with almost everything taken from them - and them now saying they wish they never married these girls.

I am not concerned with marriage and won’t be for at least 15 years minimum. And of course I will always look out for myself and make sure there’s no possibility than I would end up getting fucked if a divorce was to happen down the road. That’s just being smart and thinking ahead. And because I “won’t be a fool” for anyone doesn’t mean you have “emotional issues”. I am extremely happy with myself, and nobody is perfect. Everyone has some sort of problem. Who the fuck cares? I’d rather embrace It and accept it than try and “cure myself from any emotional anomalies”

Sure you are, but you're also an idiot who has no idea what he's doing. What assets? A house? pfft. Dude, who cares?

Yeah, and all of the hot girls you know now will be married and on their 3rd of 4th kid, so you better start making your millions, because your only dating pool will be damaged goods in their late 30's and 40's who are single mothers, or 20-25 year olds who, funny enough, only like you because you buy them things...the very type of girls who will divorce you and take your shit.

Funny how it works right?

Youre the one who sounds damaged now. “ it also seems like you’re angry or even jealous that I’m 20 and living the life the way I want and am enjoying the shit out it.

who the fuck cares if she takes my house”? Lol... divorce often absolutely ruins men financially. But “who cares?” So now you’re saying it’s not wise to protect yourself ?

And not all women that age are on the 3rd or 4th kid or are damaged goods. And also At 35 you can easily find a nice wholesome 25 year old that has no kids either. Not all of us are fat ugly and out of shape at 35,

This last response is making it seem like you’re the damaged one my friend.

By the way, I do have a lot of lose. Lots of men do. I am 20 years old and own a sub penthouse in downtown Vancouver right off of Granville street. I even offered another poster I know here, koolinkunming, who lives in BC to come by and check my place out to see for him himself. My place is worth 1.6 million Canadian. So yes, I have a lot to fucking lose. Looking out for yourself is just not being stupid. “Going in blindly” is an example of pure stupidity.

Yes, im very mad you’re slayin it at 20. When my kid is born later in the year, i’m going to think “damn, i could be a lonely 20 year old with shitty parents”. As i look my girl in her beautiful eyes, instead of imagining the beautiful life we’re going to lead, i am going to think “damn, what if she takes the house”
Because I’m the damaged one <36>

TS is the reason me and my gf are together btw, and that is a 100% true story

And to think I’m “lonely” at 20 is very amusing. You may have been, but I certainly am not. I have a great fucking life and wouldn’t change a thing. So in your opinion every 20 year old should be married or in a committed relationship? That’s an absurd strange outlook. There is way more to life than to jump right into marriage and having a kid. You shouldn’t have to rely on being married or be in a committed relationship to be “happy”. That is a completely toxic outlook, and if that’s really what you are convinced with - then I feel sorry for you.

i knew my first marriage was over when i walked into the living room naked ,with a hard on, when she was watching soap operas. i stood right in front of the tv, ready for action, she leant over to see past me and keep watching her soaps.

Congratulations.

Unlike Fk your feelings, I'm actually happy for you.

Your messages remind me of myself. In real life, it seems like no one that is around me can possibly believe that I can be happy with the type of paychecks that I am making.

Everyone tells me that I should be doing more/doing better/asking for more.

Anything is possible. Maybe I should have more ambition.

However, I'm definitely satisfied with the place that I'm in at the moment.

@Fk your feelings

Yeah you dont get it at all. I wish you were as smart as you think you are.

Yeah you dont get it at all. I wish you were as smart as you think you are.

I’m smart enough where it counts. I’m smart enough live exactly how I want to live. Most people can’t say that. And that’s smart enough for me.

You obviously can not deny a lot of what I said. 20 year olds shouldn’t be getting married and having kids. They should live and experience all the great things life has to offer. You’re obviously upset with something, but that’s cool.

Let’s end it there.

You say that that is smart enough for you.

Fair enough.

May I ask you why he can't tell you that "that life is happy enough for me"?

It's not like Da Speeit is telling you that his way is the only way. It's not like he's telling you that you're living the WRONG LIFE.

However, I haven't gone through this entire thread which means that I haven't read every message that both you and Da Speeit wrote.

In a way, this entire thread is about endings. Perhaps I should check out what is going on in other threads.

@Da Speeit

Him assuming I’m a “lonely” 20 year old because I’m not married or in a committed relationship. And the baseless name calling - idiot etc. That’s why I said he’s obviously angry or upset about something. I suggest reading the responses then if you haven’t. Everything I said was reasonable.
