That's like saying, well when a guy never has been exposed as a snitch, you can't really start accusing someone of being a snitch. But there has been a lot of speculation and there has been over the years around that. So if there's a speculation, why not just cooperate with us? "Look guys, I am cooperate with so and so for so and so"

I am not saying that he is a snitch. I am saying people think he is. So surely for your own credibility, you would just cooperate with our unit.

But he's a nice guy, a solid character.

For me, he's never been a snitch. I will be surprised if he is. Maybe he's just special, and genius. But to help all that rumour, just cooperate with the special unit.

You can't just say that's because he's snitching to the feds. I think that's harsh on him. He has never been exposed, but he has never been investigated like everyone should.
 
Sounds like valiant effort to strongly imply something that he doesn't want to be seen doing so and covering his ass but not very successfully.

eh.... Suspicion that Pac is on PEDs is not anything new. Hearn is just saying what a lot of fans say about Pac. I don't see what he gains or loses by saying it.

manny should insist on full testing, for his tests, opting out of testing leaves suspicion. Especially considering his past and the allegations that are already out there.

I do know about 20 people who are covered in tattoos but absolutely terrified of needles. It never made sense to me in the slightest. I get Pacquiao could legitimately be scared of needles, but if you don't look you don't know. I'm not a big fan of needles myself but if I have to get an injection or an IV put in I just look away....
 
Man, what is it with people taking it so personal when Manny wins? He just beat an undefeated top WW, right when you thought he couldn't add anything to his already amazing ATG career.

Come on, no one believes that.

I got tired of the whole PED thing with Pac like a 7 years ago, but the guy turned down a mega fight over drug testing and then pretended that he, a pro athlete for his entire life, was unaware that steroids were thing. It was ridiculous and if any other athlete said that, he'd be called on it. I never got why Pac was an exception.

Unless you are caught you are clean as far as I’m concerned. People digging out pac and Joshua yet make excuses for canelo are fckin tools
 
What’s disgusting about it?

I think he’s on PEDs. Be easy for him to prove it by signing up to year round random testing.

Dude stop misreading his comments. He never said pac was on peds, he said there is suspicion. Teddy atlas even said when he found out there was no vada testing he felt something might not be right.

How did pac get a granite chin again and his devastating ferocity came back at 40 years old? Those are questions people have the right to ask. You shouldn't silence people from trying to find out the truth.

from what I understand/read both Manny and Thurman didn't want to be random drug tested by VADA -- fair game if you ask me
 
The only really credible testing is VADA because it is random and not at the whims of the fighters and promoters. USADA, for example, has made bizarre exceptions and courted the scheduling made by the fighter. Under these circumstances, someone could be cheating but being tested only when they won't get caught and are therefore "innocent". If you are mentioning the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight, then it's worth mentioning that Mayweather wanted to use USADA which basically means he can look like a proponent of clean testing, but knows how to use USADA for himself. There have been numerous instances where USADA started or stopped testing at a fighter's request. Mayweather failed three A sides under USADA but that gets hushed up. USADA granted "inadvertent use waivers" on three separate occasions meaning, if you cheat you won't get caught.

So why does Mayweather get some immunity here?

They didn't even look at his B samples. Now, Pacquiao, ironically, has not failed any A samples but people are accusing him of PED's, when, even under a shoddy USADA system, Mayweather is still looking suspicious. If one looks suspect, why not the other? If Mayweather really cared about clean testing, he would have used VADA. It catches people. They caught Canelo, and A sides of that level cheating don't often get caught.

Either way, I really try to give guys the innocent until proven guilty (even with the above, I try to think that Mayweather and Pacquiao are cleaner than others because at least they did some testing, but it's really empty optimism, isn't it?), because anything past that is speculation, but it's really hard to see people accuse Manny but not accuse Floyd. If you are using VADA all the time like Donaire or GGG, then you are on the safer side, if you are using USADA it means you want to legitimize your cheating or mask it altogether. There are some extenuating exceptions, like the name Evan Fields in the steroid distributor's client index that happened to be a landline to Evander Holyfield's home phone number. That was shifty.
 
yeah manny is just afraid of needles, and superstitious about drawing blood the week of the fight...
