Yeah they are athletes they all have to train same way.nfl is all 5 seconds bursts of pushing and that is it.lets not even talk about propaganda of 35 mph crash force that people say nfl players hit with.which is not true. All armor.i would love to see lb hit somebody then let him go full speed and get in collision with 35 mph car coming toward him

Thanks for clearing this up. Ive often wondered how players have been hit hard enough to literally stop their heart, lacerate livers/kidneys/spleens, puncture lungs, brake vertebrae/cause paralysis, etc. Now I know none of it is true.
