Disable repliers from posting/quoting the identical pic over and over

Can you do this please? Sometimes when going through threads we see the same identical photo posted/quoted about 100+ times which unecessarily lengthens the post.

I like when someone quotes a post with like 20 pics in it and the response is "whos the second girl?"

I've wondered myself if thats possible TS.
