I highly recommend adding sour cream to quark plus berries/fruits. A bit more calories, but the taste pays off.

Sorry - GF came home from vacation on Sunday. Ever since my diet has been a bulking clusterfuck, and will be until Friday. I'm entirely content with that.

Lower abs have fuckin blown up in waterweight, it's hilarious - but considering that my working capacity goes up, it's an even trade-off.

It's said to help the volume, and my past anecdotal evidence supports that notion.

On topic, I'm now officially on a cut. The scale ended up at 107.3kg this morning and I've had a depression for the duration of the summer, probably due to a lack of purpose which snowballed into lack of motivation. Shitty diet did its part too in dragging my spirits down. I tried finding the mustard to study throughout the summer, but without any direction whatsoever it's hard to find the drive to get shit done regardless, seeing how fucking stressful the last weeks of the last term were. However, a couple of days ago, the full course syllabus, list of litterature, and study directions came out on the net portal, so I've got a goal to work towards. My fucking abdominal spare-tire is also pushing me towards a weight cut, and the low carb diet will probably clear the cobwebs of the prolonged self-induced carb-coma I've been dwelling in throughout the summer.

In either case, it'll be fun to apply the lessons I learned from last year's cut in regards to carb-cycling and water retention. Every cut has been an opportunity to learn, and putting that knowledge into practice is great fun as it straightens out the old question-marks in regards to weight-fluctuation. So let's do this shit.

The goal for the cut is 95kg, as my previous cut started at 109kg, and went smoothly down to 94kg. The last four kilos down to 90 were very hard - this time I just want to keep performance up while dropping the weight instead of chasing an arbitrary number, and as such 95kg seems like a good place to stop.

^The man's probably the best metal bassist that I know of. DiGiorgio's also got chops but can get lost in a sea of pointless avantgarde-wankery. Webster sticks to the basic frantic riffs and pulls it off with fingers.

Webster's got some serious chops, but I find one of the most inspiring bassists is Ryan Martinie of Mudvayne. Not just for his slapping, but his ability to write interesting melodic basslines that deviate from the standard norm, as evidenced by "Not Falling" and "Happy?".

I've had a bunch of different mammaries thrusted upon my face and I can say that regardless of size, above a certain quality-threshold, often there's plenty of things one can find to enjoy in any set of juggs. Some of the most perfect tits I've seen have been B-cups, but OTOH quantitty (lel) has a quality of its own. Once you've had a pair of Gianna Michaels-perky natural G-cups (not kidding you), you get spoiled.

Got the bloodwork back from Monday's testing. Results are normal, but of all fucking possible things, the one reading they DIDNT include was my testosterone. How the fuck can you not include that if a man visits you with complaints of anemia and depression? Gonna call them tomorrow for clarification.
A sense of purpose is instilled now. I'm feeling sharper and more energetic in small bursts. Still adapting to the longer periods of fasting throughout the day.
