To be honest the biggest "gains" i get is about 2 weeks after I derail my diet.
 
^likewise, sort of, but I hope to prolong the period of good gains by (atleast trying to) keeping the surplus under control. There's a finite amount of muscle you can add over the course of a day without "assistance", so why go ham?
