Alright. With the coming Holiday, there's bound to be a drop-off in discipline, so I'll just come out and say that the log probably won't be updated til a few days into next year - I'm swamped with shit to think about, I've felt pretty bad over a bunch of things, and I need to take a break for myself. I'll accept that I'm probably gonna balloon up towards 225, maybe even 230lbs, but we'll adress that with a stern cut once I'm back. For now, though, I'm gonna chill out for a while. I'll probably check in with an anecdote or two along the way.

A couple of days left of inactivity and gluttony. Zero physical activity apart from walks, no mobility work (kinda dumb), but like previously mentioned - I do not do things by the halves.
