Media Dillashaw looking TST

The more tattoos this guy got, the less likeable he became.

Not saying one has anything to do with the other; it's just an interesting coincidence.

Anablics to be 160 pounds of muscle ?
You need juice for that ?

Did he get a hair transplant also because that looks like its worked wonders. Shame his fucked up shoulder wont let him compete again.

Give me an E
Give me a P
Give me an O
What does that spell? E.P.O!!!

It's good to keep up with intense training post retirement - better than becoming a fat fuck. At the same time, going balls to the wall with bodybuilding seems like misguided effort at this his stage in life

It seems like guys retire and either get fat, or put on 20% of their competition weight in muscle mass.
Diet for fighting well below their actual weight must be a pain.

Idk, that's not exactly going balls to the wall with bodybuilding. He's probably on trt and has a pump. His physique isn't out of this world for a lifelong athlete with good genetics. It isn't like he's looking like a prime Vitor Belfort.

On another note, that guy Bear who does the podcast with Rampage is insufferable. He's the prototypical phony hanger-on type. He's like the real life version of Turtle from Entourage, but with much less charm. He makes the podcast unlistenable for me.

Growth hormone is the only way to fix that shoulder. Good luck to him.

Why is this guy still TJuicing after retirement?
Does he went to end up like Rumble?
Just a guess , but maybe he just want to appear retired, the injured guy doesn’t get as big of a “triumphant return” as retired guy .
Or maybe he just wants to have worlds most massive heart attack

A lot of guys dose up on TRT and get hair transplants like Cowboy, McGregor and Rich Franklin.
