Difference between being from the streets and the mountains

Reflecting on Tony and Khabib and their exchange between being from the streets and being from the mountains, how is it like in the mountains?

The streets has bullies, guns, drugs, prostitutes, all types of crime that no kid should see but it’s not like every kid sees all that from a young age.

But what is there in the mountains that makes a kid tough?
Why did you list prostitutes like it's a bad thing.

Being from the streets usually means you're a coward. You use weapons, you jump people when they're alone or out numbered and you fight over absolutely nothing, maybe even something as silly as the color of ones shirt.

Mountain people fight one on one. They're usually more disciplined and naturally stronger from simple shit such as yard work or snow shoveling. You'd be surprised how many city slickers never picked up a shovel or rake.
You are generalizing. Being from the streets means working hard for everything you get despite the circumstances. Maybe a little rough around the edges. But ultimately it's on the individuals. There's streets all over the country not in the "big" cities. There are the dirt bags that commit crimes and jump people because of the color of their skin but it's not the majority, not even close.

You had me at prostitutes

Wipe your ass with some tree bark sometime, and then you'll understand there're levels to a shit.

I think just by living in the USA, you have it easier. It doesn’t matter if you are from the streets; the income there is much higher, and the law is present. Now, in South America, it's a different story. A lot harder

Best base for us born fighters is D1 wrestling no question it’s the closest to a fully disciplined style in this country. Cain, DC, Belal, Tito, Hendo. Jones was D2 but he’s a special specimen. The point is that the “streets” in the US is guys like Green or Diaz who suck, the real question is why our D1 wrestlers still don’t have near the discipline as a Dagestani high school wrestler.
It's just a question of education not a question of ethnicity, there is a lot of dagestanis in dagestan who in their teen times talk to girls and try to make money and literally lose all discipline in their combat sports career.

In the same way, in the USA, there's very disciplined guys who dedicate their lifes to wrestling

Tony is not even from the streets. He's from the suburbs. But generally I would say growing up in the mountains would be a harsher lifestyle. Probably gonna do a lot more labor and harsh weather will be a factor, so you'll probably develop more discipline. Being from the streets will expose you to more violence and probably make you a little meaner

Well in the US I would say that the average guy from the hood will probably beat up the average guy from the Appalachian mountains or Alaska or something like that. Guys in the hood grow up fighting, one on one or in brawls a lot. The Appalachian or Alaskan guys will be tougher in terms of working or dealing with harsh environments but that doesn't necessarily translate to a fight

well it depends, obviously every fighter is different and theres alot of exceptions.
you dont have to have an abusive childhood to be GOAT or the best champion OBVIOUSLY..
first off before i say what im about to say ima say ill always give the nod to the hungrier dude ...

however from an untapped Natural talent perspective ima always give it to the guys from the streets. and those type of dudes are littered all across the trenches/ hoods of america... famous world class hall of fame pro boxers, pro fighters etc etc have all said on record they known street dudes who were on par physically or power wise with them god knows how many
rumble johnson mike tyson/ rampage jackson clones out there that are unpolished probably just as gifted like jon jones yoel but got caught up in the wrong crowd.. pro basketball/ NFL players say it all time about a friend or rival better than them but just went down the wrong path and kept them from going pro.

No such thing as fast food joints up there.
A quick Google search disproved that statement. Looks like a fair number of burger and giro joints out there, with a little lavash thrown in there for good measure. And by "fair number" I mean I saw 10 on a map. They not like us.

Safe to say it's all halal, though?

The mountains...? The United States has mountains - I dont see many UFC champions from Utah. Nothing special about it.

A lot of the street trash that gets drunk/high and then mobs randoms in Russia come from the mountains.

I'm not an expert but from what I've seen of khabib even the disciplined ones can have a questionable honour system.

It's laughable acting like no Chechen boys ever ganged up on anyone they had beef with in a small town.

Poverty, lack of education, religious fanaticism and bestiality.
