Seems RDA was asking to standup and showing his arms not moving. So RDA wanted up.

RDA was signalling he wanted to get up and Robbie was in control from the bottom; he knew RDA wanted up so he was checking to see if Robbie also wanted up.

RDA was stuck and lawler clearly wasn’t doing anything with the position so I didn’t have a problem with it
