Herb only reffed the 1st fight a shitty WMMA decision where nothing happened and then this fight....... He had 1 1/2 hours in between what was he doing jerking off and smoking heefer?

This comes off a disaster main event reffing job in Merab and Sean fight. Making excuses and rationalizing bad nights be refs or judges is why we continue to have shite reffing and shit judging. ENOUGH

He really didn't though. That's what was so bizarre there was a clear tap herb didn't see it. But when dude jumped up to celebrate Herb was still standing their befuddled unsure of what to do until he stepped in to help the guy that just got choked out. But he never officially waived it off from what I could see.

It's like he wanted to say their Wasn't a tap but he let dudes reaction dictate it.
