I mean who knows how he will be come fight night,but his limping to his seat and overall demeanor doesnt inspire any confidence in him
 
Being a firefighter isn't a joke.
I'm 1 year younger than him but look 10 at least :D

Stipe has nothing left to prove.

The UFC is clearly paying him top dollar to 'job' to Jones.

Let the man make his big payday. He has earned it.
Stipe had to be a champion for a while before the UFC even paid him enough to buy a new house, where his head wasn't hitting the ceiling the whole time.

Get that money and retire in style, Stipe. Thank you for representing MMA with class.

but at the same time, if Stipe is getting a few million dollars to make life easier for himself and his family, then I’m all up for that.

Dana didn't even offer Stipe an interim title shot after Jones pulled out... and Stipe already took 2 months off Fireman duties to train for this.

There's just no one else. Dana's not giving Stipe an inch

Also why is everyone trying to make this footage out to be more than it is lmao? He looked up in surprise when the knockdown happened, and then looked at his wife and said "wow".

Looks pretty decent for a 41yo semi retired fighter.
No fat, not wasted or coked out like Chuck... looks solid
