Diaz vs Weidman - I would bet on Nick

Weidman wouldn't stand with Nick. He'd take him down and work his top game. I'm a huge Diaz fan but I'm also rational enough to realize that'd be a horrible fight for Nick to take (as would pretty much any fight over 170, the entire idea of him moving up is stupid). Weidman is way too big and good enough on the ground to avoid Nick's guard, he takes a unanimous decision or a late TKO on the ground.
 
Never count out a Diaz.

That being said, the odds would be overwhelmingly in Weidmans favor.

Anyone who decides to stand toe to toe with Nick is in for a world that consists of verbal assaults, body pain and very little oxygen.

Weidman would probably win by cuts tbh

'Nick is unbeatable on the feet'....? Really? Chris is as powerful a striker as anyone Diaz has ever faced. He'd make Nick do what Daley made Nick do, but Weidman would finish the job.
 
it would be an entertaining fight, and nick would probably last the decision. I'de definitely love to watch it.
