Social Diane Feinstein RIP

Well good for her. She was fairly wealthy as a mayor when they met and married. When he died, he was worth 1 billion. Now, before her death, Feinstein and her daughter were in a legal battle with Blum’s three daughters prior to Feinstein. They’re all greedy and overly wealthy. She was supposed to be a servant of the people, yet could not possibly be in touch with their needs or even have a remote understanding of what it is to struggle financially.

Oh boy, did you fucking step in it and before you run your mouth, maybe you should have googled Feinstein. She has been accused of abusing stocks in the past.

Dating back to before 1994 and ever since, she was involved in many many investigations and allegations about doing things to directly help her husband’s business which greatly benefited her. In 94, she set up deals with china that somehow, her husband got the contracts. In 2011, she voted on spending billions on the light rail and surprise surprise, he husband got that contract. Something similar happened in 2013. She voted to sell weapons to Israel and magically, her husband got that deal. She has long had relations with china dating back to the 70s and said in her past life, she was Chinese. She was constantly involved in legislation to foreign countries and no matter the country, her husband was involved and made money. She voted to spend billions on firearms for the military. Wanna guess who got that contract? Her husband somehow also bought or sold stock just before big things happened.

In early 2020, her husband reportedly sold off $6 million of a biotechnology stock right around the time that she was briefed about the coronavirus pandemic potentially hitting the United States.

On the day the new Congress convened this year, Sen. Dianne Feinstein introduced legislation to route $25 billion in taxpayer money to a government agency that had just awarded her husband's real estate firm a lucrative contract to sell foreclosed properties at compensation rates higher than the industry norms, the Washington Times reported on Tuesday

A review of the senator’s first two years in office found that Feinstein supported several positions that benefited Blum, his wealthy clients and their investments. She was a vocal proponent of increased trade with China while Blum’s firm was planning a major investment there. She also voted for appropriations bills that provided more than $100 million a year in federal funds to three companies in which her husband is a substantial investor.

Senate ethics rules permit Feinstein to vote on bills that affect her husband’s finances so long as the legislation is not designed to specifically benefit Blum or his investments.

She has been investigated multiple times and while she was cleared, she has been removed from committees because her husband kept benefiting from her decisions. She claims her and her husband didn’t talk about business, but that is millions of percent a lie. She used her position time and time again to float contracts to her husband’s
Companies, was involved in shell companies herself, and amassed a massive fortune and still, the greedy bitch was fighting for more in the bitter lawsuit against her late husbands daughters over his estate. All these motherfuckers are crooked as fuck doing insider trading and using her power to build her and her husbands wealth.

I can’t wait to have the same discussion with you when pelosi dies

Mecha Hitler from Wolfenstein 3D released in mid 1992 for DOS. It is the first FPS I ever owned and played. What a legendary PC game that laid the foundation for first-person shooter games to follow.

I remember in 3rd or 4th grade our local library had that available to play on their computers.

First link was a dog. Read it yourself. Doesn't inspire enough confidence to go through the whole gallop. You pretend to be some kind of finance guy, right? Explain how selling a stock at a low that then shoots up in value is supposed to indicate something nefarious.

Or you're not relying on other people being more responsible than you are.

No, you are literally just throwing your vote away. Trump stands no chance of winning California or New York. There is no excuse to vote for the "lesser evil" in those states if you are someone who wants an alternative to the two party duopoly.

Every election is determined by a relatively small amount of independents in the swing states. That's what people like you fail to understand and it's why you lose every other year.

There are other people running you know.

So everyone who voted for Biden last time votes for Biden again, and half the people who voted for Trump vote for a third party.

So who ends up as president?

Recognizing what an utter disaster Biden has been and how much better things were for the first three years under Trump before the oh so convenient pandemic doesn't make you MAGA

No, you are literally just throwing your vote away.

If you're voting for Biden, you're taking it upon yourself to do the right thing rather than counting on other people to. States are red or blue because that's how people vote in them. It's not automatic.

The "right" thing would be for everyone to reject both Trump and Biden. Are you suggesting this can happen?

It's not physically impossible. I don't agree that it's the right thing. Biden has been a good president, and the people running against him would all be much worse.

What about half on each side vote for a third party? That would legitimately shake things up and massively change the political landscape.

He has a terrible approval rating and is currently polling below Trump. Meanwhile Trump is polling better than he ever did in 2016 or 2020, even while under multiple criminal indictments. Something is wrong here.

If you actually believe that Trump is an existential threat to democracy you should be screaming from the rooftops for Biden to drop out so that a better candidate can run. Not only are you not doing that but you are actively supporting him running. So you sound full of shit to me. You care more about supporting Biden than you do about preventing Trump becoming president again

For one thing, that requires a massive and unexplainable change in human nature. And would it improve the political landscape to give nuts like RFK or West or whoever the rightist third party candidate would be (shudder) more attention? If there's a particular policy you want to see enacted, wouldn't be make more sense (and be more realistic) to just try to get support for it among existing candidates? It would have just taken a couple more Democratic senators to get the child-tax credit extended, which you claimed you agreed with.

Campaign hasn't really started. We'll see how it goes. I agree it would be really bad if Trump were to win.

Well, your question assumes that I think that Biden is not the best potential candidate, which is wrong.

Wait, just.out of curiosity who would you have as President...and based on what?
