What the most effective ways to develop expolsive chest power.
Paused bench press, clapping pushups.
dynamite breast implants.
pylometric pushups and DE benching
I've got those. They didn't seem to work
practice launching your girlfriend off your chest after a long "workout" session.
bonus points if she's sleeping...
or... clap pushups seem to work well for me, except for when i tried a triple and face planted
Paused Bench /w Chains or Bands.
Use a barbell weighing around 40% of your 1RM. Use enough chains or bands to make the weight 70-80% of your 1RM at the top.
Lower to the chest. Pause for a full second. Fire it to lockout as quickly as you can. Pause at the top. Repeat.
Basically it allows you to develop good explosive strength. The chains/bands are responsible for the load. The barbell weigth is fairly irrelevant. Hence the low % of your 1RM.

And don't wear a condom, that will work on that explosiveness pretty quickly
